Please be aware that all sales are considered final, and we regret to inform you that we do not accommodate order cancellations as most orders are customized.
Currently, we only have India Post service as a reliable mode of delivery. We would be dispatching your order through India Post and we will provide the tracking details for the same via WhatsApp, Instagram DM and/or E-mail.
We want to clarify our return and exchange policy. If you receive an item that precisely matches the product description in terms of measurements and condition but you find that it doesn’t meet your personal style or fit preferences, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We provide detailed information regarding each item’s specifications to assist you in making an informed choice.
However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we are here to assist you. To ensure a smooth resolution, please record a video while opening the package (including the poly bag). This step is crucial for us to address your concern effectively; otherwise, we may not be able to process your query.
