SHIPPING

All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

READY-TO-WEAR ITEMS

  If your desired item is already in stock, it will be dispatched within 7-10 days from the date of your order.

CUSTOMIZATION AND MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES

For those unique pieces that require customization, we go the extra mile. We hand-select fabrics tailored to your order’s specifications. Whether it’s printing, embroidery, or tailoring, it’s all done to match your chosen style and design. 

The pictures displayed on Instagram with Customization Availability are samples and this artisanal process does take time, typically falling within the range of 15-40 days for delivery depending on the client’s requests.

MADE-TO-ORDER APPROACH

 At CeresxGarvita, we’re all about individuality. Approximately 80% of our clothing items are crafted specifically for you when you place an order. This means we don’t keep pre-made stock on hand. For customization availability, you can look in the “Caption” section of the Instagram Photos or under the “Fabric Specifications” heading on the respective Product Page of this Website.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.

Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

CeresxGarvita is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE

Kindly note that all sales are final. We do not entertain any Return or Exchange requests once the product has reached in the hands of customer as most of our pieces are customized.

IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES

For all the Orders placed outside of India Import Duty and Taxes shall be borne by the customer. The receiver will be required to settle the requisite fees when the items at the time of arrival in the destination country.
