Majority of our pieces are customized to your preferences. We take pride in crafting pieces that are tailored specifically for you. Thus, it becomes difficult to refund the same in such cases.
For Customized Pieces, we do allow you to switch items if informed right away of placing the order via email or Instagram DM within 24 hrs.

Please make sure that you’ve carefully read the product description before placing any final orders as they contain all the details regarding Customization and Measurements.

Additionally, we also do not provide any refunds if you do not like the style or fit for the order placed.

However, we do allow return/exchange if you receive a wrong or damaged item. For this, you have to make sure to record a video while opening the package (POD Bag), in any other case, the request will not be processed.

RETURNS

If there are multiple delivery attempts and the intended recipient is unable to receive the package, resulting in it being returned, please note that the shipping and return fees will be billed to the recipient. Once the charges are settled, we will reship the package for you.
